Tips to successful storage

  • Keep all moisture sensitive items off the concrete floor.  We recommend the use of pallets or shelving to help keep mildew from developing on your possessions.  These rental units are NOT temperature controlled.  Condensation and resulting mildew are common problems that can be avoided with proper storage by renters.

  • Use plastic totes with a securely fitting lid for items you do not want small rodents making a nest in.  Mice and other critters easily chew through cardboard and set up shop inside your comfy boxes.
